1. Key Instructions:
The data for students must be entered precisely, including personal information like admission numbers, division, names (in Malayalam and English), gender, date of birth, and other demographic details.
Additional fields include details like medium of instruction, religion, category, caste, and Aadhaar number.
Guardianship details (name and relation with the guardian) along with parent information (name of father and mother) must be included.
2. Specific Guidelines:
Student photographs must be uploaded in black and white, with dimensions of 150px (width) and 200px (height), and file sizes ranging between 20-30 kb in .jpg format.
All updates should be completed before October 31, 2024, and entries must align with the prescribed format and standards outlined in the circular.
