How to Easily Prepare a Promotion List Using Sampoorna Plus (2024-25)

Sampoorna Plus is an essential tool for schools to manage student records efficiently. With its latest features, preparing the Promotion List for the 2024-25 academic year has become even more simplified. This step-by-step guide will help you generate an accurate and hassle-free promotion list using Sampoorna Plus.

Step 1: Mark Entry in Sampoorna Plus

Before generating the Promotion List, teachers need to complete the mark entry for students. Follow these steps:

1. Login to Sampoorna Plus

   • Use your individual login credentials or school/HM login.

   • Enter the marks for mid-term and final-term evaluations of students.

2. Steps to Enter Marks:

   • Open Sampoorna Plus and navigate to the Mark Entry section.

   • Select Annual Exam 2024-25 from the available options.

   • Choose the class, division, and subject for mark entry.

   • Enter the marks for Terminal Evaluation and Continuous Evaluation of students.

✅ Ensure all subject teachers complete the mark entry process before proceeding to the next step.

Step 2: Generate the Promotion List Using HM Login

Once the mark entry is completed by all subject teachers, the Headmaster (HM) login must be used to generate the Promotion List.

1. Login to Sampoorna Plus using the School/HM credentials.

2. Click on Promotion List from the main menu.

3. Select the Class and Division for which you need to generate the list.

4. Choose the subjects to be included in the promotion criteria.

5. Click Submit to generate the Promotion List.

Step 3: Verify & Print the Promotion List

After generating the list, follow these steps for final verification and printing:

✅ Cross-check the promotion list to ensure accuracy.
✅ Print the list in the required format:

• A3 or A4 size as per your school's preference.

Important Points to Remember

• The last four digits of the student’s Aadhaar number will be displayed in the list for verification purposes.

• If attendance has been updated in Sampoorna Plus, it will automatically reflect in the promotion list.

• Socio-Emotional Skills and other assessment criteria will also be included if previously recorded.
